lo port is added 127.0.0.1 when freebsd init. 
Sometimes the application need 127.0.0.1 on lo0 after freebsd inited!

1.Simplify f-stack startup arguments:"--conf, --proc-type, --proc-id".
2.add a function `ff_fdisused` to check if fd is used in f-stack.
