fix NGX_EXCLUSIVE_EVENT compile error on linux 4.5+ and glibc 2.24+ 

if Linux >= 4.5 and glibc >= 2.24, will compile with EPOLLEXCLUSIVE, but FreeBSD does not supported EPOLLEXCLUSIVE.
