Subject: [PATCH 1/3] rsa: add sha{256,384,512},rsa{2048,3072,4096} algorithms
Add support for "sha256,rsa3072", "sha384,rsa2048", "sha384,rsa3072",
"sha384,rsa4096", "sha512,rsa2048", "sha512,rsa3072", and
